New Governance Framework for Transport Infrastructure
The LIAISON Dynamic Multi-Infrastructure Governance Framework (DMIGF) is a methodology to facilitate the transformation of EU Transport Infrastructure into a more circular and low carbon economic activity. Within LIAISON, the methodology will be validated with the demonstration pilots mentioned above, and will be used to demonstrate the value of each approach. The report is Deliverable 1.1 of the LIAISON project – DMIGF Methodology – Initial Version. It will detail the preliminary analysis which defined the DMIGF format, before describing the current DMIGF and demonstrating its application for one demo case. The final version of the DMIGF will be delivered in month 36 of the project as part of Deliverable 1.4, after application to the LIAISON demo cases.
